In Q2 2022, the top character collection games on iOS in Switzerland experienced diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. According to Sensor Tower, here’s how each of the top five games performed during this period.

Clash of Clans from Supercell saw a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, starting at around $190K in late March and dipping to approximately $55K by mid-April. However, it rebounded to nearly $171K by the end of June. Weekly downloads for the game were relatively stable, with a slight increase from 982 in late April to about 1.4K by the end of June. The number of weekly active users showed a steady climb from 122K at the end of March to 148K by the close of the quarter.

State of Survival: Zombie War by FunPlus International AG had its highest weekly revenue of approximately $149K in late April, with a gradual decrease to about $74K by the end of June. Weekly downloads declined from 538 in late March to 262 by the end of June. The game’s weekly active users also saw a drop from around 6.9K to 5.6K over the quarter.

Clash Royale, another title from Supercell, began Q2 with a weekly revenue of about $211K, which decreased to around $26K by mid-June before rising again to $71K by the end of the month. Weekly downloads fell from 5.1K in late March to 1.5K by the end of June. The number of weekly active users saw a slight decline from 149K at the start of the quarter to 140K by the end.

Pokémon GO by Niantic, Inc. had a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $149K at the end of May. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at 1K at the end of March and reaching 1.5K by the end of May before settling at around 1K by the end of June. The game’s weekly active users grew from about 38K to 46K over the quarter.

Brawl Stars, also from Supercell, experienced a dip in weekly revenue from about $117K in late March to around $30K in mid-May, stabilizing at that level through the end of June. Weekly downloads decreased from 2.5K at the start of the quarter to about 1.4K by the end of June. The number of weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at 57K and ending at 54K.
